Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the position of an energy source, such as a light source, a sound source and a heat source, automatically and easily by arranging measurement bodies, each having many sensors with prescribed elevation angle and azimuth angles arranged spherically, at the constant intervals. CONSTITUTION:Photodetectors 1 and 1a each have many photodetecting elements 3 spherically and cylindrical bodies 4 for separating a light beam incident to the adjacent element 3 are provided to respective elements 3. Each element 3 has a predetermined elevation angle phi and azimuth angle theta, and its output is made even to a light source 2.
