Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate switching distortion and to cancel idling current.
CONSTITUTION: Transistors(TR) (driver stage) Q2, Q5 are paired and TRs (power stage) Q3, Q6 are paired. Emitter resistors REP1, REP2 of a small value are connected to the emitter of the power stage TRs Q3, Q6. The connecting point D of the emitter resistors REP1, REP2 is an output middle point, to which a load (speaker) 2 is connected. An emitter resistor RED is connected between the emitters of the driver stage TRs Q2, Q5. The TRs Q2, Q3 in Darlington connection are provided with a bias control TRQ1 to control a constant current source 3 to flow a bias current to the TR and the bias current. Similarly, the TRs Q5, Q6 are provided with a constant current source 4 and bias control TRQ4.
