CONSTITUTION:A variable resistor 6 is controlled to increase the base potential of a transistor TR2, and accordingly the output signal VoutA reduces. While the signal VoutA increases by increasing the base potential of a TR1 by controlling a variable resistor 5. The bases of the TR1 and TR3 are connected to a control circuit comprises a resistance 8, a resistor 5 and a bias capacitor 21. The input signals VinA and VinB are controlled simultaneously for their amplification factors through a control of the resistor 5. Thus signals VoutA and VoutB are obtained at output terminals 19 and 20.
