Abstract
PURPOSE: To make ease suction and discharge of sucked fluid such as paint in such a way of vibrating a flexible vibrating diaphragm which is installed on the boundary between a hydraulic chamber and a pump chamber with high frequency using compressed air.
CONSTITUTION: An air intake port 4 is connected to a proper compressor, air pressure of compressed air is applied to a piston 8 which is pressed by a pressure of a spring 13, which is equally worked through pressurized oil in an enclosed hydraulic chamber 15 to the overall face of a flexible vibrating diaphragm 18, and the flexible vibrating diaphragm 18 is pushed outward to a pump chamber 20. Air pressure is brought to be decreased right after a minimal stroke of a piston 8, then the picton 8 is returned by the pressure of a spring 13, oil in the hydraulic chamber 15 is returned by being brought back, and the flexible vibrating diaphragm 18 is pulled back. Thus, means of vibration of the flexible vibrating diaphragm 18, continuous decompression and compression are alternately worked on the sucked fluid such as in the pump chamber 20, and its suction and discharge can be readily done.
