Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the resolution of temperatre and distance by arranging a plurality of low noise receivers the same in the frequency band used and polarized waves used. CONSTITUTION:Noise radio waves of a microwave emitted from an object are received with antennas numbered N in total from 1a-1n. The radio waves received by each antenna are amplified and detected with low noise receivers 2a-2n connected to respective antennas and then, integrated with an integrators 3a-3n. The signals thus integrated are synthesized in a signal processor 3 to make a final output signal. The antennas 1a-1n and the low noise receivers 2a-2n have the same performance.
