Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a rod from adhering a cloud of dust raised by a revolving wheel by providing an operating rod which operates a slewing disk supported at the lower part of a vehicle between a floor board and the slewing disk of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft of an engine 1 is connected to a driver 3 through which a slewing disk 4 is formed so as to make it slew to a body. A swingable wheel 5 is installed on the slewing disk 4, and a swingable crank 50 provided on the upper part of the swingable wheel 5 is provided with an end of an operating rod 7. The other end of the operating rod 7 is provided on a loop 8 which is fitted in a steering pipe 9 so as to slew freely. The steering pipe 9 is provided with an operating board 91 with which a steering lever 14 is connected. An operation of the steering lever 14 causes actuation of the operating board 91, then the wheel 5 is operated through the steering pipe 9 and the loop 8.
