CONSTITUTION:An output of a counter 1 of a transmission part is decoded by a decoder 2, and is inputted to wiring 3. An output information is encoded by an encoder 7 from the output side of this wiring 3. When this outputted code is compared with the output signal from the counter 1 by a comparing part 8, continuity and contact of the decoded and selected wiring 3 can be tested. The wiring 3 of (n) pieces can be tested by (n) times, by outputting the code from the counter 1 (n) times.
