Abstract

PURPOSE: To make dehydration filtration with wire netting of coarse meshes by adding water soluble polyvalent metallic salts in the presence of ferrite or bentonite particles to a compound of ≥2 kinds of waste water sludges then adding a high polymer flocculant.
CONSTITUTION: ≥2 Kinds of waste water sludges of different kinds are compounded to cause chemical and physical changes such as neutralization, oxidation reduction, flocculation and settling, and the like between the waste water sludges and themselves, and either one of ferrite or bentonite particles or a mixture of both is added to these. Thence, water soluble polyvalent metallic salts such as magnesium chloride, calcium chloride and the like are added to these in terms of prevention of the occurrence of sencondary pollution, and costs, after which a high polymer flocculant is added to allow firm and large lumped particles to form on account of a synergistic effect. The particles thus formed are dehydrated and filtered. Thereby, dehydration and filtration with wire netting of coarse meshes are made possible, and working efficiency is improved.
