Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove accompanying dust in a catalyst bed by providing a dust separating device between a reaction column and a catalyst circulating device and purging here a part of supply gas to the reaction column. CONSTITUTION:In a moving bed type reaction device equipped with a catalyst circulating device, a dust separating device 9 is provided between a reactor 3 and a conveyor 7. A part of gas G3 to be treated is supplied to the gas separating device and the purged out gas from which dust is separated is let flow again to a conduit 16 in the upper stream side of an exhaust gas fan. By this way, the consumption of the catalyst is minimized and dust is separated and removed from the catalyst. Thus, a highly efficient moving bed type reaction device is obtained.
