Abstract
PURPOSE:To fix closely by a method wherein a winding wound around an insulating cylinder is fitted on an iron core leg fastened by an semicured binding tape to utilize an increase of the thickness of the iron core leg owing to the lowered pressure at the time of hardening treatment of the binding tape. CONSTITUTION:An iron core leg 3 consisting of a laminated steel plate is bound by a semicured glass tape 4 to insert therein a winding 7 wound around an insulating cylinder 5 through a spacer 6. Subsequently this is put in a drying furnace to perform a hardening treatment of the binding tape 4 the fastening pressure of the binding tape 4 is lowered to increase the thickness of the iron core leg 3 in the direction of the laminated layer for magnifying up to the inner diameter of the insulating cylinder 5 to adhere the iron core leg 3 and the insulating cylinder 5 closely each other.
