Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the falling of the toner accumulated on the inside surface of the housing of a fur brush onto a photosensitive drum by offcentering said housing, rotating the fur brush and removing the toner stuck in the housing. CONSTITUTION:The housing 4 of a fur brush 2 is supported oscillatably to a mechanism base 9 by means of a shaft 7, and the side plate 6a of the housing 4 is turned to the right and left with a step motor 11 by means of an eccentric cam 10. With this constitution, the motor 11 is run by the driving signal to offcenter the housing 4 to the right or left and to rotate the fur brush 2, thereby removing the toner accumulated in the housing 4. Since copying is carried out after the toner stuck in the housing 4 is beforehand removed by this, the falling of the toner onto a photoreceptor 1 is prevented and the printing defect is prevented.
