Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the abrasion of a photoreceptor by disposing plural flicker bars around a fur brush and so constituting the device that these flicker bars penetrate in the fur brushes along the rotating direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive drum 8 rotates counterclockwise, and the electrostatic latent image formed on this drum 8 is visualized by the toner in a developing part and is transferred to transfer paper. After the transfer, the drum 8 is stuck with the untransferred residual toner and therefore this is removed with a fur brush cleaning device 9. The cleaning device 9 is constituted of a casing 10 having an opening opposing to the drum 8, and plural flicker bars 12-15 dashing against the fur brush 11. The flicker bars 12-15 are disposed around the fur brush 11, and are so disposed as to penetrate successively in the brush 11 along the rotating direction of the brush 11, thereby surely removing the toner stuck on the respective fibers 16 of the brush 11.
