Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the stable establishment of a voltage by an induction generator by connecting a capacitor when the rotating speed of the generator reaches the prescribed value at the starting time of the generator and starting an AC/DC converter to supply the prescribed reactive leading power. CONSTITUTION:A breaker 1 is operated when the rotating speed of an induction generator IG reaches the prescribed value at the starting time of the generator, and a fixed capacitor 2 is made ON. When a voltage starts rising by the self-excitation, an AC/DC converter 3 is started, the phase controlling angle is controlled to control the reactive delay power outputted from the converter 3, and the reactive leading power supplied to the generator IG is controlled to arbitrary value. In this manner, stable establishment of the voltage can be performed without adding new device.
