PURPOSE:To make the accurate and quick measurement of the speed, direction and static pressure of fluid possible with simple constituion by providing fluid in-flow through-holes into the respective chambers isolated by means of piezoelectric element plates of a cylindrical case in the positions symmetrical with the 1st through-hole. CONSTITUTION:Four chambers 2-5 isolated by means of piezoelectric element plates 9-11 are provided to a cylindrical case 1, and a fluid inflow through-hole 6, and fluid inflow through-holes 7, 8 respectively symmetrical to the hole 6 are provided to each of the chambers 2-4 and a fluid inflow port 20 is provided in the bottom part 13 of the chamber 5 as well.
