Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an error between an actual flow and a reading of a measured value by arranging a sensor detecting the rotations of four rotors corresponding to a change in the rotary angle and discharge volume of the rotor at a rotary piston-type microflow meter. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic element is attached to a rotor inside a measurement chamber and four sensors 33a to 33d are fixed on the upper lid of the measurement chamber so that a passage of the magnetic element may be detected. The pair of sensors 33a, 33c directly cross a straight line 38 and are arranged deviated at a prearranged rotary angle alpha with the second straight line 39 running through the center of the measurement chamber 22.
