CONSTITUTION:The engine enclosure of an earth-moving vehicle is provided with a radiator guard 8 and a silencing louver unit 14 located at the open part of the guard, so that the louver unit and the radiator guard cover the front of a radiator core 5 located in front of a cooling fan 3. A radiator silencer 16 is provided in front of the silencing louver unit 14 so that space 42 is defined, To manufacture the radiator silencer 16, a sound absorber 46 is provided on the entier inside of a flat plate 44. An open part 50 fitted with punched metal 52 or the like is provided over the space 42 so that the open part functions as a cooling air exhaust section.
