Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve combustion efficiency by controlling the amount of air, detecting the concentration of CO2 in a combustor using CO2 meter and a computer. CONSTITUTION:A primary dumper 3 is provided under a burner 1 of a combustor 2 and a secondary dumper 5 is provided at an air intake 4. The second dumper 5 is equipped with a pulse motor 6 that amount of air intake. A flew dumper 9 and a test piece extractor 10' of CO2 meter 10 are provided in the flew 8 of the combustor 2. A pulse motor 11 that changes rotation angle of the flew dumper 9 is connected to the flew dumper 9 of the combustor 2 that controls internal pressure of the combustor 2. The measurement signal of the CO2 meter 10 is fed into a micro computer 12, and a preset output drives the pulse motors 6, 11. Combustion efficiency is improved by this method.
