Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a load to return back surely to the original position by releasing the pressure generated through a forcibly-flowing apparatus in a chamber by means of a valve device opened in response to the cut-off signal applied from outside.
CONSTITUTION: If an earthquake sensor 28 senses an earthquake or a gas sensor 29 senses gas leak when fluid is flowed forcibly toward a second chamber 8 by means of a plunger 4 and an output is supplied from the sensor to a control circuit 23 through an OR circuit 30, the control circuit 23 immediately cuts off the control signal being supplied to a coil 24. Accordingly a valve member 27 is moved to its open position and the fluid within the second chamber 8 goes back to the first chamber 7 through a connection route 10, resulting in rapid down of the pressure in the second chamber 8. Thus the load can be reduced again surely to the original position.
