Abstract
PURPOSE:To use elastic surface waves to extend the frequency region, by grounding one of a pair of electrodes and by dividing the other into two and by applying a aignal S of a prescribed frequency to one divided electrode and by applying the signal S, a signal So of amplitude zero, and a signal inversion S to the other. CONSTITUTION:Reed screen type electrodes 2 and 4 for input and output are provided apart from each other on a piezolelectric substrate 1 which has a thickness enough to excite elastic surface waves. One electrode 3b of the electrode 2 for input is grounded, and the other electrode is divided into electrodes 3a-1 and 3a-2.
