Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase alteration efficiency and make possible application for a signal processing device by applying input signals between one of a reed acreen electrode and surface electrode and between the other reed screen electrode and surface electrode with phase difference of 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A pair of reed screen electrodes 3 and 4 are formed on one surface of thin plte type piezo-electric material 1 and surface electrode 6 is formed on the other surface according to electrodes 3 and 4; terminals A, B and O are led respectively from electrodes 4, 3 and 6. terminal O is used as a terminal for earthing and electric signals with phase difference of 180 deg. are applied terminal A and B respectively through the phase shifter. Since the system has the constitution above mentioned, waves excited in each portion are added with the same phase by combination of 2 pairs of electrodes, terminals A-O and B-O, and exteremly large output signals are obtained.
