Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive equalizations of loads and speed-up of processings with two computers, by using two computers in such a way that, when stored information is updated in one computer, the other computer transfers the stored memory to its memory and deposits the information in the memory, and thus, stored information of each system is coincident with each other always. CONSTITUTION:When a computer 1A of a system A updates stored information in a file 11a of an external auxiliary memory 2A, a bit 51 of an updated file storing area 5 is set. A computer 1B of another system B periodically checks whether the bit of the area 5 is set or not. When the computer 1B finds that the bit 51 is set, the computer 1B reads a pointer area of the system A, and reads the stored information after obtaining the address of the file 11a from an address 31a corresponding to the row of the bit 51 of the area 5. Then, the computer 1B obtains the address of a file 11b from a pointer area 3B through an address 31b corresponding to the row of the bit 51 of the area 5, and writes the information stored in the file 11a in the file 11b of the series B.
