Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive to improve conductivity of an organic coloring matter and to enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency of an organic solar cell without damaging economy by a method wherein a material of electricity acceptor or electron donor is doped in the organic coloring matter to be used for the solar cell. CONSTITUTION:A P-N junction is formed at the interface between an N type silicon 3 and the P type conductive organic coloring matter 2, surface electrodes 1 are formed on the organic coloring matter 2, and a back electrode 4 is provided on the back of the silicon 3 to constitute the solor cell using the organic coloring matter 2. The material of electricity acceptor or electron donor is doped in the organic coloring matter 2 thereof to enhance conversion efficiency from photo energy into electric energy improving conductivity of the organic coloring matter 2 without damaging economy.
