CONSTITUTION:When a control current flows to movable coils, L7a, 7a', the magnetic field in air gap toward X flowing to respective air gaps 12 of magnetic circuits 8a, 8a' reacts with the current in the L7a, L7a' to move the L7a, 7a' toward Y, and a lens barrel 6 connected with the L7a, 7a' is subjected to a force toward Y. In this case, a tubelike elastic substance 12 holding the lens barrel 6 deforms by taking a lower end 13b as a fulcrum, the center of an objective lens 4 moves toward Y and time base correction control is made. The tracking control is made similarly.
