Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a subject heat which can easily remove unnecessary air bubbles in a head and prevents ink from being discharged in a poor manner, by a method wherein a curved surface is formed on each corner of a relay chamber, and this causes air bubbles produced in the chamber to move to an ink feed-out port at a possible fast speed. CONSTITUTION:Upper corner regions at the side of pores 7 in a relay chamber 6 are formed in a concave curve, so that air bubbles are hard to adhere thereto, or corners, where both side wall surfaces of the relay chamber 6 cross the wall surface at the pore 7 side, a are provided in a concave curve, so that air bubbles are hard to remain, and this facilitates the removal of the air bubbles through a feed-out port 4a from the inside of the relay chamber 6. A discharge responsiveness, a discharge efficiency, and a discharge stability of ink can thus be improved.
