Abstract

PURPOSE: To properly control the viscosity of the fluid surrounding a float, and to accurately control the flow rate of fluid at the titled device where the on-off of a valve is performed by moving the float enclosed in a nozzle, by applying an electric current to heat a resistance-wire built in the float.
CONSTITUTION: At a nozzle on-off device; a float 2 enclosed in a nozzle having a shape formed by connecting a small dia.-part 11 and a large dia.- part 1 with a tapered part 13, on-off operation is performed by the movement of float 2. An electric resistance wire 5 is built in an electrical-insulating powder 6 in a center-core part of the float 2 to heat the float 2 by applying an electric current to the wire 5. Thus, the fluid surrounding the float 2, is heated to a proper temp. and the viscosity is kept in a proper value, so that the accurate control of the flowrate of fluid is performed.
