Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent insufficient vulcanizing operation by improving flow of fluid and unifying heating and cooling, by providing more than one unit of fluid feeding and discharging mechanism in the radial direction of a top ring and/or a bottom ring, and by keeping a fluid-feeding-and-discharging gate close to a tire.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid supply pipe 7 and a fluid discharging pipe 7' are provided in such a manner as to pass through a piston gland 10 which is the core section of a center mechanism, and the inside surface of a top ring 3 or a bottom ring 1 is provided with plural fluid-feed-and-discharging holes 8 to be opened on the outside surface near the inside section of a blue tire 9 placed in a metallic mold 4. Nipples 11 and 12 are attached to the discharging pipe 7' and a through hole 8, and these two nipples 11 and 12 are connected with each other by a flexible hose 13 wound around a center post 2. And, by the through hole 8, air being accumulated and remained on the top of a bladder 6 is discharged at the time when it is filled with hot water, and gas or steam remaining on the top of the bladder 6 is discharged when it is filled with cooling water. Further, when hot water or cooling water is being circulated, the through holes 8 are used as discharging pipes for hot water or cooling water.
