Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent previously insufficient vulcanization due to vulcanization- delay and cooling-shortage, by means of preparing an exhaust mechanisn for drain and/or gas, thereby discharging quickly the drain and/or gas.
CONSTITUTION: When a tyre 5 is vulcanized and formed by supplying successively vulcanizing medium which includes steam, gas and cooling water from a go-piping 11 into a tyre 5 changed in a metal mold 3, fist, a float 16 having many holes connects an exhuast mechanism 13 for drain and/or gas, composed of a flexible hose 14 arranged on a foreward end, to a return pipe 12, and is positioned in the tyre 5. Then the drain 6 which remains in a lower surface of internal part of the tyre 5 during heating process, is introduced into a hose 14 through holes 15 of the float floating on the drain 6, and then is discharged. The gas 7 which remains on a upper surface of internal part of the tyre 5 during cooling prcess, is introduced into a hose 14 through holes 15 of the float floating on the cooling water, and then is discharged.
