Abstract
PURPOSE:To make construction simple and small in size by containing part of distance measuring optical paths, a reference light optical path, a light emitting element and a photodetector, and electric circuits in a housing rotating horizontally. The reflected light from the target is reflected by a half mirror 34, passes through a light guide 25, lenses 27, 28, transmits through a half mirror 51 and is made incident to the photodetector 38.
