Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an easily machinable oscillation element of high detecting accuracy by combining plural rigid bodies through linking parts and supporting them through the linking parts. CONSTITUTION:Two oscillation elements 1A, 1B are connected parallel to each other with connecting pieces 61, 62 and fitted to a base 2 through fitting parts 51, 52. Each oscillation element 1A, 1B consist of two rigid bodies connected by linking parts 30 at the center in vertical direction. When the two osillation elements are symmetrically oscillated to the central axis, each reaction force and each moment generated at connecting points of a pair of oscillation elements 1A, 1B and the connecting piece 61 are reverse in direction and equal in amount and cancel each other in the connecting piece 61 and Q becomes high. By this way, compressive force and tensile force can be converted into frequency signals at thigh sensitivity.
