Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure a resonance point without attaching an acceleration detector to a body under test, by arranging a load cell between a vibrating plate and the body under test. CONSTITUTION:A load cell 22 is arranged between a vibrating plate 3 and a body under test 4. At first, the outputs of an acceleration detector 5 and the load cell 22 are amplified with a load amplifier 7 and an acceleration amplifier 8. Then, the outputs of the load amplifier 7 and the acceleration amplifier 8 are converted into digital signals with an A/D converter in an operation circuit 21. The amplitude of the signal from the load cell 22 is obtained. The amplitude of the signal from the acceleration detector 5 is also obtained. Then the absolute value of the result of the division of the output from the load cell 22 / the output of the acceleration detector 5) is operated. A frequency, which is to become the maximum frequency, i.e., a resonant frequency, can be obtained. Thus, the resonance point of a resonating member can be obtained without attaching the accelerating detector to the body under test.
