Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately detect acceleration due to vibration over a wide frequency range by using 1st and 2nd sensors which differ in resonance frequency selectively. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd sensors 10 and 20 are provided in a housing. The resonance frequency of the 2nd sensor 20 is higher than the resonance frequency of the 1st sensor 10. A select signal generating means 70 controls a switching means 60 to select the detection output of the 1st sensor 10 which has the low resonance frequency and high detection sensitivity until the vibration frequency reaches a prescribed frequency, but select the detection output of the 2nd sensor 20 when the vibration frequency exceeds the prescribed frequency.
