Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase a hot water blow out temperature rapidly and to improve the safety of the captioned cooking range by a method wherein a temperature detector for detecting the temperature in a cooking chamber 1 is provided and a heater is controlled by the output of the detector so that when the detected temperature is higher than a predetermined value, the quantity of air blast is increased.
CONSTITUTION: Hot air from a hot air generating device 2 is circulated in the cooking chamber 1, the temperature detector 11 detects the temperature Tr in the cooking chamber and the output of the detector 11 is inputted to a micro-computer (not shown). The micro-computer is operated according to a predetermined program and controls the heater 6 so as to increase the cooking chamber temperature Tr up to a predetermined temperature rapidly. During the above operation, when the temperature Tr exceeds the prederermined temperature, a signal for increasing the number of revolutions of a blower is outputted to a blower 7 from the micro-computer so that the quantity of air blast is increased and the temperature Tr is prevented from rising up abnormally. Thus, the temperature Tr in the cooking chamber can be raised and the abnormal rising of the temperature Tr is prevented to thereby improve the safety of the apparatus.
