Abstract
PURPOSE: To control a heating condition automatically and in excellent responsiveness by a method wherein a gas component generated from a material to be heated by means of heating is detected by means of a P type semiconductor gas sensor and a heating means is controlled in a heating apparatus such as an electronic oven.
CONSTITUTION: When raw fish is entered into a receiving pan 2 as a material 1 to be heated and a controller 8 is actuated, the raw fish is heated by induction heating by means of a magnetron 4. When the raw fish is brought to a kind of a boiling condition and the temperature of a discharging port 6 rises while humidity sharply increases, a P type semiconductor gas sensor 7 installed to the discharging port 6 detects the sudden change of humidity. The detecting signals are amplified 20, and compared with reference voltage 23 by means of a comparison circuit 21, a multirelay 24 is actuated by the comparison results, and the magnetron 4 is stopped while the heat at a heater 5 is generated. Preferably, a metallic oxide group P type semiconductor sensor is used as the P type semiconductor gas sensor 7.
