Abstract

PURPOSE:To elevate the reliability of a measured data, by detecting start of changeover by reversing direction of electric power applied to a motor of a trolley car having a constant load and a fly-wheel, and detecting end of changeover by sudden increase of the electric power in the course of changeover. CONSTITUTION:A motor current b' and a pantograph system voltage (c) are multiplied by a Hall multiplier 24, and a signal (e) being in proportion to instantaneous power of a motor is produced. This signal (e) is reversed 25, it is detected 26 that it has exceeded a setting level, a changeover start signal (f) is produced, then a time measuring flip-flop circuit 27 is set, and also a signal (g) is outputted and recorded into an automatic oscilloscope 28. When the signal (e) exceeds a prescribed level due to the end of changeover, it is detected 29, a flip-flop circuit 27 is reset, and simultaneously it is recorded in the automatic oscilloscope 28.
