CONSTITUTION:The piping 6 for insulating material and the piping 7 for dry air are arranged previously to the thyristor valve 10 through the switching valve, and when a trouble took place, the insulating material is extracted sending in dry air, and after then, a man comes in the tank from an inspection hole at the side of the tank to perform inspection and maintenance of the trouble part. Accordingly inspection and maintenance can be performed easily without transferring the heavy thyristor valve.
