Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate a pump assembling and disassembling by making an intermediate control plate dividable along a surface which is parallel to the pump rotating shaft and intersecting the pump rotating shaft thus taking off and attaching only the intermediate control plate while a vane wheel being fixed tightly to the pump rotating shaft.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate control plate 1 is provided between the two pump main bodies P. Further, the control plate 1 is constructed to be capable of being divided into upper/lower or right/left two parts,or in more details, into two parts at a section which is parallel to a rotating shaft 8 and nearly intersecting the rotating shaft 8. Thus, by this construction, the intermediate control plate 1 can be divided into two parts, hence, the intermediate control plate 1 can now be taken off by pulling the two parts thereof in the upward/downward direction or rightward/leftward direction while its vane wheel 9 being fixed tightly to the rotating shaft 8. Accordingly, the assembling/adjustment of the pump and/or a regular inspection /cleaning /repair work of the vane wheel 9 and/or the intermediate control plate 1 can now be easily performed.
