PURPOSE:To obtain a control signal transfer circuit adapted to test, inspection, etc., by reading plural modes corresponding to operations of an inspection switch and changing the delay time of a control signal in accordance with these modes. CONSTITUTION:An inspection switch (SW)20 is connected to a switch reading circuit 6, and the contact state of the SW20 is discriminated. In the normal control operation of a load 5, the SW20 is opened after turning on a power source 1; and the SW20 is opened immediately after closed in the first test mode of inspection, test, etc., and the SW20 is closed still in the second test mode. A signal corresponding to the contact state discriminated by the circuit 6 is given to a delay circuit 30. The circuit 30 changes the oscillation period of an oscillating circuit 3a in accordance with an input signal or changes the integral time by a delay time delay deciding circuit 3b to give control signals different in delay time to a control circuit 4, thus driving the load 5.
