Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare the titled resin composition having excellent smoothness and low-temperature curability, etc., by reacting a polymer component having active methylene groups and a polymer component having α,β-ethylenic unsaturated carbonyl groups, with a basic amino compound.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A polymer component obtained by the esterification reaction and ester-exchange reaction of 300W500pts.wt. of an epoxy resin and/or polyol resin with 1mole of a compound having active methylene group (e.g. malonic acid), and (B) a polymer component obtained from an epoxy resin and/or a polyol resin and an α,β-ethylenic unsaturated carbonyl compound (e.g. methacrylic acid) by the similar method and reactant ratio to the component (A), are separately reacted with a basic amino compound (e.g. diethylamine), and mixed together to obtain the objective resin composition.
