CONSTITUTION: A composition consisting of A) 100 parts by wt. of a water-soluble or a water-dispersible resin obtained by reacting a) An epory resin (e.g., a reaction product of bisphenol A with epichlorohydrin) with b) a basic amino compound, e.g., diethanolamine, and, if necessary, c) a partially blocked polyisocyanate, B) 3W150 parts by wt. of a tackifier resin (e.g., a dicyclopentadiene resin) having a hydroxyl number of 50W400 and a softening point of 50W150°C, and C) a compound neutralized by an acid, e.g., lactic acid, as vehicle ingredients.
