Abstract

The outer-diameter of the discs 17, 19 has sufficient accuracy for the fitting with the outer tube 6 where the center is coincided with the center of the electron gun 3. When fitting the discs 17, 19 into the inner diameter section of the outer tube 6 alignment of center can be performed while the lower disc 19 is used as the cover for getter 8 to prevent the getter 8 from dispersing to the direction of a deflection yoke.
