Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure an accurate measurement of temperature, by forming an elastic matter which touches a mobile heater with the heat-resistant resin having high thermal conductivity and at the same time burying a temperature detecting element into the elastic matter. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 consists of an elastic matter 3 which is partly supported by a holding frame 2 and a temperature detecting element 4 which is buried almost at the center of the matter 3. The matter 3 is made by mixing the 5-80wt% boron nitride into the heat-resistant foaming resin and accordingly has the heat conducting properties. As a result, the heat conductivity is increased about 300 times as high as the conventional component of only the silicon rubber.
