Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the cracking and corrosion of the titled alloy due to the repetition of heating and cooling at high temp. by adding a prescribed amount of C, Ni, Cr, Mo and Co to Fe. CONSTITUTION:The titled alloy consists of, by wt., <=0.1% C, <=2% Ni, 9.5-14% Cr, 0.3-0.8% Mo, 0.5-4% Co and the balance Fe. This alloy has superior mechanical properties and causes no cracks even if heated and cooled repeatedly at high temp. In addition, it has corrosion resistance.
