Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the fitting between the inner and outer joining parts tight and prevent the coming off thereof, by a method wherein the fact that the molding shrinkage factor of crystalline thermoplastic resin after annealing has a difference according to the mold temperature is utilized so that the inner and outer joining parts are formed at specified temperatures respectively, and after being mated with each other they are annealed.
CONSTITUTION: With respect to molded parts made of a crystalline resin such as polyacetal copolymer, an outside part 1 having inside joining parts 2 is formed at a mold temperture lower than that of an inside joining part 3 having joining parts 4 corresponding to said joining parts, for example, below 50°C, while said inside part is formed at a temperature above 50°C. After both parts 1 and 3 have been mated with each other, this is annealed at, for example, 150°C for 20 hours to contract the outside part 1 more than the inside part 3, in order to make the fitting tight.
