Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the flow-in phenomenon of a current, by using a normal type TTL element as a voltage unapplied TTL element which exists on the boundary between a voltage applied TTL and a voltage unapplied TTL. CONSTITUTION:For automatization in a facsimile device, power is turned on auto matically at a communication start time. For the purpose of realizing this automatization, a TTL element IC4 operated by a main power source, a TTL element IC5 operated by a stand-by power source, and a mixed circuit are provided. A normal type TTL element is used as an inverter 4 which connects elements IC4 and IC5, thereby preventing the flow-in phenomenon of a current.
