Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When a power switch is turned on, a CPU 1 sets the same normal alarm value CDn as a conventional alarm value to a latch circuit 7. Meanwhile, the CPU 1 reads in a battery voltage digital value BD just before printing in case of printing of a printer 6. A prescribed value C is subtracted from the value BD to calculate an alarm value CDP for printing. The CPU 1 sets the calculated alarm value CDP for printing to the latch circuit 7. Thus, an output AD of a digital comparator 9 does not go to the low level and the processing for voltage reduction is not performed even if a battery voltage VCC (BD) is temporarily reduced during printing.
