Abstract
PURPOSE:To isolate air bubbles staying in a body to be impregnated by applying vibration to an impregnating agent with a variable frequency variable output oscillator when immersion at an ambient temperature and at vacuum impregnating, and providing a rotary disc to rotate the body to be impregnated. CONSTITUTION:A trestle 6 is provided in a sealed container which is composed of an immersing tank 1 and an immersing tank cover 1' to be visually observed. A body to be immersed 8 is placed on the trestle 6, the degree of vacuum is maintained via exhaust and suction pipe 2, and an impregnating agent 7 is filled from an impregnating agent filling exhaust pipe 3. A variable frequency variable output oscillator 9' is arranged on the inner wall of the tank 1, and the body 8 is vibrated via the agent 7 by a variable frequency output controller 9 installed out of the tank 1. The testle 6 is formed in a rotary disc structure to rotate the body 8. In this manner air bubbles can be isolated rapidly from the body 8 to be impregnated.
