CONSTITUTION:A circuit substrate 23 of the preceding stage constituting a microwave IC using a microstrip line consisting of a transistor TR21, an output matching circuit 22, etc. and a circuit substrate 26 of the succeeding stage constituting a microwave IC using a microstrip line consisting of a Tr 24, an input matching circuit 25, etc. are provided adjacently. Microwave transmission lines 27 and 28 for phase adjustment are provided along adjacent sides of substrates 23 and 26, and connection conductors 29 and 30 are connected between lines 27 and 28 by welding or the like. connection positions of conductors 29 and 30 are changed to adjust the electric length between the output terminal of the preceding-stage circuit and the input terminal of the succeeding-stage circuit, and thus, the phase between both circuits is adjusted easily with a simple constitution and a small scale.
