Further, the 2nd conductor strip is provided which has the 2nd board 7 formed next to the terminal of strip 11 on the 1st surface with grounded point 13 taken as one terminal, and the 3rd conductor strip 14 is also provided which has the 3rd board 5 on the 2nd surface opposite to the 1st surface of substrate 1 at the terminal facing to the grounded point 13 forming a parallel feeder to strip 11.
