Abstract
PURPOSE: A flat metal plate is subjected to tapered drawin to form a spinneret cap of pan-like shape and a plurality of fine spinning holes are bored through to give a good-quality spinneret having high flatness on the spinning surface and causing no yarn break on spinning.
CONSTITUTION: A flat metal plate is subjected to tapered drawing to form a spinneret cap of pan-like shape with the tapering wall 3 and the flat bottom 4 and thousands of spinning nozzle 9 composed of the polymer-introducing holes 7 and following polymer-extruding holes 8 are bored on the bottom 4 annularly with a certain interval to produce the spinneret 5' with fiattened depression 4'. The tapered wall 3 can prevent the spinneret from becoming unable to be set to the spinneret frame by the elongation of the spinneret caused by the boring process and can avoid the deterioration in the flatness of the spinneret caused by the surface bulging.
