Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled spinneret, containing a perforated opening hole in a spinneret holder and a spinning hole of modified cross section thereunder and a nozzle tip inserted detachably thereinto, and capable of aligning the axis of the spinning hole with that of a blowing hole of a gas, etc. with a high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: An opening hole 6 is provided in a spinneret holder 5, and an annular stepped part 7 is provided in the top part thereof. A spinning hole 8 of modified cross section is provided under the stepped part 7 and a recessed groove 9 is formed at the lower end thereof. A nozzle tip 10 is inserted in the opening hole 6, and a flange (10a) is fastened on the annular stepped part 7. Vertical polymeric introductory holes 13 connected with the opening hole 6 at the sides thereof are provided at the outer periphery of the nozzle tip 10, and a gas or liquid introductory opening hole 14 is provided at the central part of the nozzle tip 10. The outer surfaces of an extruding hole 15 and the surrounding wall 16 thereof provided under the opening hole 14 are molded in the form similar to the spinning hole 8 by the electric discharge machining, etc.
